WE’RE HIRING – BAR STAFF WANTED!

The Rec is getting busier and busier, and we need some more absolute legends behind the bar to join our team!

We’re looking for BAR STAFF who are hardworking, reliable, friendly and know how to deliver outstanding customer service even when the bar is pumping.

WHAT WE NEED:
* RSA is essential
* Must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, nights and weekends
* Hardworking and willing to get stuck in
* Reliable – if you’re rostered, we need to know you’ll be there
* A great attitude and excellent customer service skills
* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced pub environment

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:
* Fantastic hourly rate
* Plenty of hours available for the right person
* Accommodation may be available for suitable applicants
* A busy venue with a great team and plenty happening

Experience behind the bar would be fantastic, but attitude, reliability and work ethic matter just as much to us.

FATHER’S DAY WRAP-UP

It was wet, but thankfully, that was just the weather!

Inside The Rec, where it was warm and dry, the drinks were flowing, the laughs were plenty and we had an absolutely brilliant Father’s Day.

Our King of Boulder, Eric, was officially anointed and took home a king sized ransom in prizes! 👑

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads out there!

FATHER’S DAY LUNCH IS STILL ON!

Due to the weather, we’ve moved all bookings inside and into our undercover areas so everyone can stay dry, comfortable and enjoy their lunch without Mother Nature joining the table uninvited. 🌧️

If the change of seating doesn’t suit you, please give us a call as soon as possible and we’ll release your table.

Otherwise, your booking is still there and we’re ready for you!

We handed over the money raised to Boulder Primary on Tuesday! And the kids would like to let everyone who participated know that they are so grateful!
The donation will kick start the raising of funds to replace some old playground equipment and now I am determined to raise more so they can get playing on the new equipment as soon as possible!

And honestly, we couldn’t think of two better blokes to take home the prize.

A massive congratulations to 𝑳𝑨𝑼𝑹𝑰𝑬 𝑨𝒀𝑹𝑬𝑺 & 𝑴𝑰𝑪𝑲 𝑲𝑬𝑳𝑳𝒀, who have each scored a side of the iconic Swan sign…. the ultimate Man Cave addition and enough to make every other bloke just a wee bit jealous!
