Steamed bao buns filled with twice-cooked pork belly, Asian slaw, pickled vegetables, fresh coriander and hoisin sauce.

Roast Chicken Alfredo
Pan-seared chicken breast topped with a creamy mixed field mushroom sauce and served with spaghetti aglio e olio. Finished with shaved parmesan, fresh herbs and crispy fried enoki mushrooms.

Roast Riverina Lamb Pie
A hearty slow-cooked Riverina lamb pie topped with Greek fetta and served with velvet mash, sweet garden peas, fried kale and rich gravy.

Highlands Beef Roast
