The kitchen at The Royal Hotel Bowral is serving up another cracking line-up of weekly specials! From bold Mexican flavours and fresh Asian-inspired dishes to rich, indulgent duck and a good old-fashioned beef pie — there's something to tempt every appetite!

PROTEIN BURRITO BOWL
A flavour-packed bowl loaded with roasted street corn, five-bean mix, avocado, pico de gallo, lettuce, black rice, braised Mexican beef, queso fresco & crunchy nacho chips. Finished with yoghurt chipotle dressing, coriander & fried garlic.

HAINANESE CHICKEN SALAD
