A quiet exclusive birthday dinner in a picturesque natural garden setting. The best part is that you can stay and enjoy the night at leisure.

Summer Butterflies. Hundreds of buttetflies are drinking nectar from 100 year old tree called Syzygium forte (White Bush Apple) which is native in Australia. This tree is on our surrounding grounds. A highlight for tourists visiting the area.

Beautiful morning at Bramston Beach. This truly is a hidden paradise, so peaceful, so quiet. Nothing is rushed here.
Saw a live sea urchin today. It's known to be a delicacy all around the world for the uni inside. But I threw it back in the sea 🙏

Summer Dining has that indulgence feel at our restaurant. You can sit and hear the waves on the beach, feel the calming effect of bird songs surrounding our hundred year old trees, gentle swaying of coconut palms and see an abundance of birdlife. The baby curlew on our property is currently the highlight for international tourists.

Enjoying the sunny weather and reflecting on nature, palm trees and tropical gardens in our grounds. So peaceful.

People from the public are enquiring about dining at our restaurant. Some even just walkin, despite the signage that we are an ACCOMMODATION facility and we need PRE-ORDER AND RESERVATION on a daily basis.

Bramston Beach is a remote location. We are operating a zero waste and a sustainable restaurant. We do weekly restaurant produce stockup based on ACTUAL GUEST HEADCOUNT for the week. We do NOT do projected estimate headcount for the public.

So, if you are from the public and really want to dine with us, send us your pre-order a few days in advance. We will stock fresh seafood, meat etc and prepare the meals for the date and time you wish to dine with us.

Some days, we are exhausted with housekeeping and accommodation business activities. And we do a follow up and we might have to cancel your pre-booking. We apologise in advance if we cancel.

Please note we are running 2 businesses cohesively 1. ACCOMMODATION. 2. RESTAURANT.

Attached is a sample daily Accommodation and Restaurant bookings. Note: this is a daily snapshot. The weekly excel sheet is much more complex.
