Lumley House has been lovingly restored and will be open for stays from 27 October 2017. Built in 1898 this beautiful house was one of the first in Bright, and was relocated to the prime position to the river and town that it now occupies. With four bedrooms, two living areas and a swimming pool it is perfect for families and friends! Lumley House is configured as follows;
Groundfloor:
-Bedroom 1
- en-suite and king bed that can split into two singles.
-Bedroom 2 - king bed that can split into two singles.
-Bedroom 3 - king bed that can split into two singles.
-Large modern country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and cooktop.
-Open plan living and dining with 55inch flat screen TV with huge sliding doors opening to the swimming pool. (watch the kids in the pool from the comfort of the couch!).
-Large bathroom with shower, freestanding bath and separate toilet.
-Fully functional laundry with washing machine. Upstairs:
- Bedroom 4 with queen bed and one set of Bunks
-Lounge/games room with pool table, TV, books etc. Perfect for the kids to be entertained while the adults enjoy some time downstairs, or for a game or two of pool with your friends.

Outdoor:
- In-ground swimming pool (child fenced)
- Outdoor entertainment area with BBQ and seating
- Separate side courtyard with fire pit and seating and secure gates (for pets)
- Lockable shed with bike stand and selected bike tools
- Landscaped and large grassed front yard area
-If you are traveling with little people let us know so we can arrange for a porta-cot set up for you at no extra charge. Your dogs (well behaved only) are welcome to stay by arrangement, however, to maintain our lovely house all pets must stay outside. There is a fully fenced yard to keep them safe.
