The Kitchen team at Bali Hai are searching for a passionate and qualified chef.

We are a popular casual fine dining restaurant and are looking for someone who will blend well in our small, friendly and passionate team.

Essential qualities for the chef role include:
- Qualified Chef or extensive experience
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Passion for producing consistently outstanding quality dishes
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good knowledge of flavours and cooking techniques and desire to learn more
- Experience in entree's and pastry will be highly regarded

The below qualities are essential for the role:
- Team player who is able to take instruction as well as work independently managing their own section
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to communicate effectively with both kitchen and front of house team
- Knowledge of HACCP and professional kitchen standards
- Good personal hygiene and well presented
