We love a bit of local nostalgia! At Arthur’s Place BnB this week, we welcomed a special visit from John & Helen Wickes. John lived at 14 Upper Thames Street with his family from 1951-1960. It was so lovely to hear some stories and see some photos of John and his family in front of their childhood home. Some may remember John’s Father, Mr Ron Wickes, was the local Chemist in Burra from 1951-1960. So wonderful!!
