We Are Hiring: Housekeeping Manager
Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and supervise the housekeeping and laundry team
✅ Ensure rooms and resort facilities are cleaned to high presentation standards
✅ Coordinate daily housekeeping schedules and team worksheets
✅ Train and support staff in cleaning procedures, safety, and best practices
✅ Manage cleaning supplies, linen, uniforms, and room amenities
✅ Conduct room inspections and quality control checks
✅ Report maintenance issues and ensure prompt follow-up
✅ Maintain workplace health and safety standards
About You:
✅ Previous experience leading housekeeping teams in hospitality/resort environments
✅ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✅ Hands-on and proactive leadership style
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Current Driver’s Licence
✅ National Police Clearance
✅ Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
