A little appreciation for Kerry and the flowers she grows.

For the past four years, Kerry has been growing and gathering flowers for Halcyon House, Paper Daisy and Halcyon Atelier, bringing a little of the seasons into each space.

I was lucky enough to be invited to Kerry’s property recently to wander through her spring garden and see where it all begins. There’s something special about knowing the person behind the flowers, and seeing the care that goes into growing them from the ground up.

A local grower, a beautiful garden and flowers grown with care. We’re lucky to have Kerry as part of Halcyon.

Last night at Paper Daisy | Cabarita Beach , locals and hotel guests came together for an evening of tequila, good food and good company.

We were joined by former Australian cricket captain Adam “Gilly” Gilchrist Adam Gilchrist , who shared the story behind El*Arquero Tequila and his love of tequila, alongside Eddie, part of the El Arquero team and the man behind the guided tasting.

Guests enjoyed a selection of El Arquero tequilas, roaming canapés by Baxter and plenty of stories and conversation along the way.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Gilly and his lovely family for spending the evening with us. A great night shared with our Paper Daisy community.
