He’s not going anywhere, and neither should you!

Three nights at Wooramel goes quicker than you’d think, so we’re throwing in a fourth on us. That’s one more morning in the artesian baths, one more ride on the old station bike and one more day to do nothing.

Pay 3, stay 4. Book now via the link in bio.

For years, we have welcomed guests to stay with us under the shady gums along the Wooramel River. Plenty around us has changed since then, but our love for this stretch of the outback Coral Coast is as strong as ever.

We're proud to share that Tourism WA has just named us part of The Dream Collective, a first for Wooramel River Retreat. The program brings together the experiences Tourism WA backs as standouts across the state and shows them to people dreaming up their next WA adventure. For a small team running a retreat this far off the beaten track, it's a huge honour.

This recognition is shared with everyone who's helped shape Wooramel: the people who work alongside us, the businesses who support us, and every visitor who's sunk into the warm artesian water as the stars came out and let the stillness settle in.

We can't wait to see what comes next.

Out here, a good team is everything. We’re looking for a manager to lead ours. You’ll be hiring, training and rostering staff, checking in on how everyone’s going, delegating tasks, solving problems and lending a hand wherever it’s needed.

Have a look through the photos to see what the role involves. If it sounds like a good fit, you can apply on our website.

An extra day to pause and rest …

It takes a couple of days out here before you really slow down. So stay a little longer. With our stay 4, pay 3 offer, the fourth night camping is on us: one more slow morning, one more soak in the artesian baths, one more night by the fire under the stars.

Details are on our website if you've been needing a proper rest.

Caretaking Couple — a 3-month role (Nov 2026 – early Feb 2027) covering the shoulder season support in November, then caretaking and maintenance over summer. Couples with trade/machinery experience would be perfect for the role.

Park Manager Couple — a hands-on 10-month role (Feb – Dec 2027) running the day-to-day of our caravan park and accommodation, with the chance to live and work on a family-run outback station.

Accommodation, or space for a caravan, provided for both. Head to wooramel.com.au/careers for full position descriptions or to apply.
