Ya’ll getting so good at booking ahead, I could smooch the lot of yas. 😚 Now, we know we’ve got a few friends in for dinner so there will be NOOOOOOOO TAKEAWAY MEALSSSSSS TONIGHT while our legendary team master the new menu. Walk-ins welcome though, see you soon! 😚😚😚😚

22/10/2026

Good morning, friends, are you feeling poor today? We can fix that.💰

22/10/2026

Okay finneeeee I’ll share the new menu with youuuuu. 🙄

I had the Thai Beef Salad tonight and Tom had the Pork Belly Stirfry and, maybe we’re biased, but they were bloody exceptional - in my VERY humble opinion.

But hey, don’t take my word for it. Better come try them for yourself to make sure I’m not fibbin’.

Come prove me wrong (you can’t). Book a table though, so you don’t get the naughty corner - unless of course you are naughty, in which case, I won’t yuck your yum.

Okay alright well, that’s that. Enjoy the next 6ish months of this one before I change it up again. I’m just a girl.

Love yas, see you tomorrow night for $2K Jag the Joker and all that jaaazzzz 🐝

🏆 AUSTRALIA’S EVENT OF THE YEAR! 🏆

A historic achievement for the Casterton Kelpie Association, the Australian Kelpie Muster and Australia’s Premier Working Dog Auction!

What an extraordinary night at the 2026 Australian Event Awards, where our 30th anniversary celebrations were recognised among the very best events in the nation!

We are incredibly proud to announce that the Casterton Kelpie Association received FIVE prestigious honours:

🏆 Australia’s Best Association Hosted Event

🏆 Australia’s Best Community Event

🏆 Victoria’s Best Small Regional Event — State Winner and National Nominee

🏆 Australia’s Event of the Year — Overall Winner!

These awards are an outstanding recognition of 30 years of dedication, community spirit and the enduring legacy of the Australian Kelpie.

From the volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to our generous sponsors, supporters, competitors, visitors and the wider Casterton community, this achievement belongs to everyone who has contributed to making our event what it is today.

Most importantly, we celebrate the Kelpies themselves — the remarkable working dogs whose paws pound the streets of Casterton, whose talents inspire audiences and whose extraordinary abilities bring thousands of people together each year.

For Casterton, the Glenelg Shire and our entire Kelpie community, this is a moment of immense pride.

From the streets of Casterton to the national spotlight, our little town has shown Australia what passion, dedication and community can achieve.
