HELP! 🚨

I’m currently in my slow cooker era and desperately need some fresh ideas because the family is officially over my repeat slowcooker menu. 😣

So far, I’ve made:

• Beef stew
• Lazy lasagna
• Chicken curry
• Osso buco
• Beef brisket
• Marry Me Chicken

We’d love some new slow-cooker meal ideas if anyone has any favourites to share!

Thanks kindly 🙏❤️

Hit me with your best recipes, before someone cuts the cord on it 🫣

This place was just so nice!! This was my last night before heading home the next day. 6000km.

So secluded and peaceful. I was in the secluded part. Fire, sky, red wine.
The bathhouse was great. I also added a reading out of curiosity (very skeptical) but Jenn was pretty bloody accurate!!

Highly recommended 🙌

Update on little Tiny Tim.

First time ever trying a nappy out… he wasnt a fan. Wasn’t sure if he’s crying at 1am was to ditch the nappy or hungry! So fed him, at 1am, 5am & again at 9am 🤯

He seems to have given up the ghost today. Drinking is very weak, doesn’t want to walk, just lay..

His mum wants him that’s a win! He’s one of the quads. 2 were fit and healthy, Tim and the 4th were very tiny & the 4th was deformed in the hips or spine and couldn’t walk in the back legs.

Tim has been getting little sup feeds from us and mum always takes him back he’s the only baby we have had that the mum hasn’t ditched. However the other day he just can’t keep up, so she left him. We feed him & she takes him back. Multi births are hard on mum and the kids with 2 teats Tim the little runt, gets kicked to the kerb on the drinking department…

So we are doing all the things! He’s been rugged up inside, has a little jacket on and trying to get some movement in him.

He has something up with his little bandy front legs, he’s knee joints are really big, not sure. 🤔

So see how tiny Tim goes by this arvo.

A little reminder from a small business in the outback…

You don’t always have to spend money to support a small business.

Every booking, recommendation, comment, share and follow matters more than most people realise. It helps more people discover places like ours and keeps small businesses visible in an increasingly busy online world.

Most small businesses don’t have huge advertising budgets. We grow because people choose to support us, talk about us and share our story with others.

In many cases, they’ve been built from the ground up by people wearing a s**t tonne of hats to make the magic happen. 🙋‍♀️

Whether you’ve stayed with us, soaked in the bathhouse, sat around a campfire under the stars, joined an art class, attended a wellbeing session, purchased an original painting or a little something from our farm shop, or simply enjoy following along from afar. THANK YOU.

If you enjoy what we do, one of the best ways you can support us is by following our page, engaging with our posts, leaving a review, recommending us to friends, or sharing your experience. Do this for all businesses you love 💕

It might seem like a small thing, but it genuinely makes a difference.

We’re incredibly grateful for every booking, every kind word and every person who chooses to be part of our journey.

Thank you for supporting small business, regional communities and the Australian outback. Without your support, businesses like ours simply wouldn’t exist. 🤎

🫣 Also we need to fit in a family photo god knows how old that one is 🤣

If you’re anywhere near Louth on Saturday the Field Day is a super day out, and with roads open the full length of the Darling River Run there’s no excuse.

Culminating in a huge auction to aid the Royal Flying Dr Service it’s certainly worth getting your skates on to be there.

Why not make it a trip and stay at an Outback Beds property.

Trilby Station is right near at the action of the field days

More Baby Spam

This girl was on her own earlier a sign she was ready to drop 🐐

Went for an esmay to catch her literally giving birth to the second baby. I was too busy fapping my gums to John about finding her that I wasn’t quick enough to film it.

However these pair literally are hot off the press!! Possibly more to come I don’t know I didn’t want to disturb her.

No idea what they are yet either. We can only get close to a couple of mums as they are pets the rest have a purpose 🫣

How bloody cute are they!!! Looks like one possibly has a black head…?

Everyone’s a winner 🤣🥇

Well, it turns out twin boys were the surprise nobody saw coming! 😄

A big thank you to everyone who took part in our little guessing game. It was so much fun reading through all your predictions, and we loved having you all along for the ride.

Since no one specifically guessed twin boys, we thought we’d give a shout-out to those who guessed twins. If that was you, please send me your mailing address and I’ll send you a Meralda Cap as thank you.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone for your support, excitement, kind messages, and for sharing in this special moment with us even tho the kids are always telling me no one wants to watch this sorta stuff mum 🤣❤️

Thanks guys fans

OK!!! Sparkles SPAM 🐐💙💙

She has given birth to not one boy, but TWO boys!

They are so cute, and she’s doing an amazing job. She’s absolutely loving her little goat pellet Uber deliveries 🚚 and lapping up all the extra attention. As far as Sparkles is concerned, motherhood is a 5-star experience here 🤪

Meanwhile, Claire and Peppa have both dropped sets of twins today all girls! 💕💕💕💕 It’s been a very busy day in the maternity ward, and the kidding season conveyor belt shows no signs of slowing down. Poncho is officially a keeper!

Our quads mum is unfortunately down to three babies. John had to step in with the fourth little one, who was deformed through the hips or spine and had no movement in his back legs. Whether it happened during birth or he was born that way, we’ll never know. Having four bubbas is ultra-rare & a struggle.

One of the remaining little ones is a bit on the small side and may need supplementary feeding, just the extra thing I need in my day 😅 We’re keeping a close eye on his or her progress. Unfortunately, we can only get close to the pet goats and their babies, so the others prefer to keep their distance. She’s not a pet… so very hard to get to them.

Now, back to the important job the winner of the “How Many Babies Is Sparkles Going to Have?” competition. 🤯

Nobody picked twin boys.

There were a couple of guesses for twin girls and one guess for a boy and a girl, So I’ll need to put my thinking cap on and work out what to do there.

As I type this, John is out on the tractor working over some clay pans while the ground is finally a bit softer after the recent moisture.

And that’s farm report for today.

Over and out. 🚜🐐
