The Clog Barn one of Coffs Harbour’s iconic tourist attractions only 1.5km from the town centre is famous for its miniature Dutch village complete with working railway. Tom Hartsuyker was born in Holland and moved to Coffs Harbour and built The Clog Barn from the ground up including all the village models, and at 92 Tom still makes and maintains his pride and joy. Tom is at The Clog Barn every day

Oma's Coffee House with homemade cakes, pancakes, crepes and many other delicious meals using fresh local produce. Cafe kitchen closes 3pm daily. Souvenir and Gift Shop Call in for souvenirs or special gifts and it is here that you can see the miniature Dutch village and where clog making demonstrations are held daily at 10am & 2pm. Don’t forget to have your photo taken in our giant clogs! Clog Barn Caravan Park best place in Coffs for RV’S, caravans and tents. We also boast 4 or 7 berth cabins and there is also our clog shaped pool. We love pets and they are welcome to stay

94 years young and still the heart and soul of The Clog Barn! ❤️

Today we had the very special job of celebrating Tom’s 94th birthday, surrounded by family, plenty of smiles and, of course, birthday cake! 🎂

For more than 40 years, Tom has poured his heart into The Clog Barn and our miniature Dutch village, handcrafting the models that so many of you have grown up visiting. And at 94, he’s still here, still keeping busy and still very much part of it all! 🥰

We feel incredibly lucky to celebrate another birthday with the man behind the models.

A day back in the café ☕️💙

With a few of our staff away, I swapped my maternity leave for a day back on the café floor — serving customers, making sure everything was running smoothly and, of course, finding an excuse to reorganise and restock the shelves 😂🙌

I have to admit… I actually loved it! There’s something very satisfying about freshly stocked, organised shelves 😍

It was also so nice being back amongst the action, chatting with our lovely customers and spending the day with the café team.

Maybe I need to put myself back on the roster more often… although I’m not sure my other boss will allow it just yet 🤱🏼😂💙🇳🇱
