This Friday night at 6pm,
Come and join me, Trudi Chant for our very first Women’s Circle.
A relaxed, earthy and welcoming evening to slow down, connect and enjoy the magic of women coming together. 🌙💕
All ages welcome. You don’t need to be spiritual or experienced in anything,
just come as you are with an open heart.
Together, we will create a gentle circle of kindness, understanding, connection and a little bit of fun.
A space to connect with yourself, with other women and with nature.🌳🍃

🌸 A place to breathe.🌸
💫 A place to connect 💫
✨️A place to simply be✨🙏

We’ll do some gentle connecting exercises, group sharing and see where the evening naturally takes us. There’s no strict agenda. The circle will be guided by the women who are there, with me hosting and holding the space.

Bring along:
🧘‍♀️ A mat, rug, meditation stool or pillow
💚 An open heart and yourself, exactly as you are ! ( work clothes )
And if you feel like sharing something with the circle, bring something of your own. Maybe some food, a song, poetry, artwork, a story, a drink… or anything that feels meaningful to you. 🌸🎶🎨
No judgement. No expectations. Just women, connection, sharing and a little time for ourselves. 🌿🌙

THIS FRIDAY | 6PM to 7.30PM
