Every retreat at Wineglass Bay Estate has its own stargazer window, with no artificial lights outside to spoil the view. Just you, the stars and the constellations above.

And if you’re lucky, you might even catch the Tasmanian aurora.

No city lights. No smog. Just some of the cleanest air in the world and a night sky that really is something else.

Imagine waking up to this.

Black swans gliding across Moulting Lagoon, directly in front of your retreat at Wineglass Bay Estate.

An ancient lagoon, formed over 10,000 years ago, and home to one of Australia’s largest populations of black swans.

The colours change with the light, the wildlife comes and goes, and no two mornings ever look quite the same.

Sometimes the most beautiful part of being away is simply sitting still and taking it all in.

Nature really does put on the best show.

Wineglass Bay Estate is home to eight brand-new luxury retreats, a cellar door and restaurant, and we’re looking for reliable, experienced housekeepers and cleaners to join our team.

We have opportunities across two different areas of the estate, with flexible shifts available.

HOUSEKEEPING | LUXURY RETREATS

Approx. 10am – 2pm

We’re looking for experienced housekeepers who take pride in their work, have an exceptional eye for detail and understand the high standards expected in luxury accommodation.

CLEANING | CELLAR DOOR & RESTAURANT

Early mornings (before 9am) or late evenings (after 10pm)

We’re seeking reliable cleaners to maintain our cellar door, restaurant and guest facilities to the highest standard. Ideal for those looking for hours outside the traditional working day.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Own transport essential due to our rural location
• Locally based applicants interested in ongoing work

We’re building a great team and would love to hear from people who take genuine pride in what they do.
