🔥 THIS IS NOT PUB FOOD. THIS IS THE REAL THING. 🔥

Chef Chamodya has been cooking this since he could reach the stove — and today it lands at the Bowen River Hotel.

🍛 SRI LANKAN RICE & CURRY

🐖 Pork Tempered — slow-cooked, caramelised, curry leaves, chilli and a kick that builds
🟡 Dhal Curry — creamy red lentils, turmeric, coconut
🥒 Cucumber Sambol — cool, sharp, cuts straight through the heat
🍚 Steamed Rice — the way it should be
🥟 Sri Lankan Crackers — golden, shattering, addictive

Every spice blended in our kitchen. No jars. No shortcuts. No apologies for the chilli. 🌶️

This isn't a one-off special. It's on the menu from today.

Ask for it at the bar. Bring an appetite.

📍 Bowen River Hotel — 3200 Strathmore Road, Collinsville
🍺 Cold b**r on tap. Always.

Mount Coolon — yours is coming. Watch this page. 👀
