Plot twist: we’ve got an Instagram imposter 👀

Our old profile Coolum Seaside Resort has drifted off into the big black hole of the internet. 🏝️ We’ve lost access and despite our best efforts, we’ve had to call off the search. We can’t post, reply, make changes or cancel anything there.

So here’s our little favour to ask 🙏

✨ Please unfollow the old page. If you’re following it, give it a friendly wave goodbye. We can’t vouch for anything posted or sent from there.

✨ Make sure you’re following us here at Coolum Seaside Resort. This is our ONE and ONLY real Instagram home. 🏡

✨ Tag a friend, business or holiday buddy who might still be hanging out on the old page so they don’t miss out on the sunshine, specials and sea views. ☀️

Got a booking question? Reach out to us here or directly through our website. Never via the old account. 💙

A new SEASON at Coolum Seaside! ☀

As spring has sprung, we’re excited to announce that Coolum Seaside is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! 🔑✨

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our new resident managers, Cheryl & Dave McKenna 👏

Many of you in the Coolum community will already know Cheryl and Dave. They moved here from the UK with their young family back in 2009, so you’ve probably already seen them around town over the years.

Now that their children Joe (20), Emily (18), Riley (16), and Isla (8) are growing up, Cheryl and Dave have taken on this exciting new challenge as a family business adventure and a way to deepen their roots in the community they love. 🏡❤️

As Cheryl and Dave begin this new chapter, we’d also like to say a huge thank you to Sandie and Murray for their years of dedication and for handing over such a well-run business. Please join us in wishing them all the very best for a well-deserved retirement! 🥂✨

What does this mean for you?

🌸For our returning guests: Cheryl and Dave are fully committed to continuing the same exceptional, high-quality service you’ve come to expect and love. They can’t wait to welcome you back for your next stay! 🌊

🌸For our new guests: Welcome to the family! Cheryl & Dave are Coolum locals and are excited to help you discover the very best of our town to make sure your first stay is absolutely unforgettable. ☀️

Spring is the perfect time for fresh beginnings.

Whether you’re a familiar face or visiting us for the first time, we can't wait to see you soon at Coolum Seaside! 🌴🏖️

👇 Drop a comment below to wish Sandie & Murray a happy retirement, or to say hello to Cheryl, Dave, and their family!
