AND WEโRE OFF! ๐จFirst winning barra of the season has been caught and one fisho is now $10,000 RICHER. ๐ฃ๐ฐ
On Friday, Just 45 minutes into fishing at Hardies Lagoon, Darren Kenny landed Season 12โs first $10,000 barra, a 62cm catch with a red tag!
Itโs Darrenโs second winning catch at the same spot and the Kenny familyโs third, Darrenโs Dad happened to catch the first fish of season 11 last year! With son Ashton on board for all three, we reckon heโs their lucky charm. ๐
And thanks to Darrenโs lucky catch, our good friends at Surf Life Saving NT receive $1k, for being this Season's official Charity Partner!
There are still 99 red-tagged barra worth $10k and a fish carrying the $1 million tag swimming out there.
Congratulations Darren! Fishos, donโt wait aroundโฆ the next tag could be yours!
