And last, but certainly not least, it’s time to introduce our final speaker for Men’s Day, Marc Ryan, aka “The Beautiful Bogan.”
Marc is a comedian, storyteller and self-confessed professional sh*t-stirrer who has a pretty bloody special way of getting people talking about the things we often avoid. With more than a decade on stage, he uses his own lived experience, real life chaos, brutally honest humour to remind us that the hard conversations don’t always have to feel so heavy.
Marc is raw, unapologetic, relatable and guaranteed to bring plenty of laughs, but underneath the humour is a bloody important message. Sometimes laughter is what breaks the ice, makes us drop our guard and opens the door to the conversations that really matter.
We couldn’t think of a better bloke to round out our line up. Come for the laughs, stay for the yarns, and bring a mate along

We’re incredibly proud to welcome Jeremy “Jez” Edwards, co-founder of INATT – I’m Not Afraid To Talk, to our Men’s Day.

Jez brings lived experience, plenty of heart and a straight talking approach to something that far too many blokes still find bloody hard. Through honest conversations, humour and sharing his own story, he’s helping break down the stigma around men’s mental health and reminding blokes that asking for help isn’t weakness, it takes strength.

His message is simple. Talk, look out for your mates, and don’t face the hard stuff alone.

We reckon this is a conversation worth showing up for. Grab a mate, come along, have a feed, listen in and maybe start a conversation of your own.

We’re bloody lucky to have Mark “Megs” Enright joining us for Men’s Day. Megs is one of those genuinely community minded blokes with a heart of gold. When he cares about something, he throws his whole heart into it. He’ll be sharing some of his own experience navigating life with drug and alcohol problems, what he’s worked through along the way, and the lessons he’s taken from it. No preaching, no judgement, just one good bloke sharing his story in the hope it might help another

A bit late off the bat but It is no surprise to us that our July Local Legend of the Month nominated by many, was Brad Wake! 👏🏼

Most people dubbing Brad as someone who is always helping others, the first to put his hand up to get things done, and always doing it with a bloody big grin on his face! 😁

A prime example right here… 😂🐝🚗

And what better way to celebrate a local legend than to put him to work… 😏

With a little help from Bee-rad & Trev, we’ve got a Father’s Day raffle incoming! 🎟️

And while we reckon there’ll be some pretty bloody good prizes up for grabs, there’s a bigger reason behind it ❤️

All money raised will go towards helping us get some great speakers for our Men’s Day in September.

A day to get the blokes together after footy season, have a few laughs, share a yarn, check in with each other and create a space for some good conversations, connection and a reminder that looking out for your mates matters.
