For the first time, Crittenden Wines and have come together to create an indulgent winter dining experience celebrating the season's most prized ingredient.
On Friday 7 August, guests will enjoy a five-course dinner showcasing fresh Australian truffle throughout. Expect brioche with caviar and spanner crab, Western Australian marron finished with shaved truffle, Sher Wagyu Full Blood Sirloin with truffle, black garlic and maitake mushroom, and a decadent chocolate dessert featuring truffle and Davidson plum.
Thoughtfully paired with premium Crittenden wines, this is a one-night-only celebration of luxury, flavour and the best of winter dining on the Mornington Peninsula.
