Elevated Honey will be at Guildford Australia - Community Market this Sunday 16 June from 10:00am to 2:00pm in the Music Hall.
We will have Blue Mallee, Desert Flora, Messmate and Red Mallee in 1kg pales, 500g plastic jars and 350g glass jars.
Come along and stock up on some sweet goodness

We now have Messmate honey in stock!
Harvested from near Jubilee Lake in Daylesford . This rich robust flavoured honey is hard to come by as the Messmate tree; Eucalyptus Obliqua only flowers for a short time every 3 to 5 years.
