ROUND 15 LEADER BOARD HERE. Congrats to Jules for perfect tipping in rounds 13 and 14. Well done to Boothy for perfect tipping in round 14 last week. Well done to Lazor for perfect tipping in round 15 this week. Full board photo to follow. Mark and Jacqui have been on a mini break in beautiful Cairns - Palm Cove with friends last week. It was a great getaway. Good food, fun and company. Thanks to Skip, Hollie, Cam, Frog and Millie for keeping the pub running while we were away. Here's hoping we do more of it!!!

Not sure how to tell you all, but real Mossy won the meat tray this week, I had already posted his photo (as Trev) last week, then real Trev came in and I re-posted a photo of real Trev, so I thought all was done with that. So to keep the tradition of silliness here is half/half photo of the boys. Hope I got their 'better' side in. Thanks to Travy and his boys; Holden & Nate for selling the tickets. Big shout out to Paul at Carrier St Meats for his generous weekly donation. All proceeds go to the Goorambat and District Football Netball Club. I could have done an AI photo merge of the boys but got a bit scared of what might happen.....

The Yarra Trekkers headed off this morning in glorious sunshine, with Donny, Des, Greg and Pat enjoying a leisurely run through the countryside.

The first stop was the Tungamah General Store for smoko and a catch-up with Donna, before continuing on to Goorambat for a terrific lunch at the Railway Hotel, where Jacki looked after the boys in fine style.

The trip home was a little less kind weather-wise, with rain and cold conditions setting in, but the countryside more than made up for it. The paddocks and crops are looking absolutely magnificent, a welcome sight across the district.

Another great day of tractor trekking, good company, good food, and plenty of country roads. 🚜🌾☔️🌞

Round Twelve - picking all 7 winners in the round did not happen. Best was 6 by Glenny, Wazza and Mads, to take Mads to outright leader with 81. Lowest was Matty P with 2. Jacinta, Boothy & Hollie next on 79. Then Webby, Jacqui, Beavo, Glenny on 77. Next is Jay, Aaron, Ando, Adam & Wazza on 76. Followed by Sly, Frog & Duffy on 75. That’s the top 16 scores. Lowest is Euan & Dale on 55, fighting it out for last place with no glory or prize for it. With 8 games next week, here’s hoping we can improve our average of only 4.2 this round. We are over halfway through the season with 13 rounds down and 12 rounds to go. Time flies. Round 13 starts with Crows Vs Cats in Adelaide on Thursday 4th June, and the round ends with the BIG FREEZE on Monday 8th June with the Pies Vs my Dees. Vale to Neale Daniher AO passing away on the 25thMay 2026. His state funeral is Wednesday 10th June at the MCG at 1pm. What an amazingly courageous man and great family to fight ‘THE BEAST” and raise funds for MND. Hope all can get on board this year in some way.
