Tomorrow the Beragoo team is heading to Orange for the 2026 Central West Disability Expo, and we'd love to see you there.

Mudgee is our home base, so the Central West is our local area. Days like this feel a bit like catching up with the neighbours.

If you're a participant, family member, carer, support coordinator or allied health professional, or you're simply curious about what's available, come and have a proper chat with us. We can talk through short-term respite, in-home support, community participation, and supported independent living (SIL) and specialist disability accommodation (SDA) supports. Bring your questions, the tricky ones too.

More than 40 providers will be there, and the venue has ramp access and flat flooring throughout.

About the role:

We are seeking people who are full of energy and enthusiasm to join our team of motivated, proactive yet easy going people who feel satisfied supporting others and getting out into the community. In our team you will work with people from all walks of life, enjoy building relationships and being the positive change in someone’s world, all while giving carers some much deserved respite.

We support people by providing a one on one service both in-home and out in the community. This allows people to achieve their goals as an individual and enjoy life with this strong person centred approach.

What you will need:

• Working With Children Check

• First aid certificate

• P2 or Full NSW driver licence

• Your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

• Available to work flexible, short or long shifts including evenings and weekends

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Reliable, team-focused and committed to achieving excellence in the community service sector
