Today, Lena is bringing a little piece of her homeland to Molongle Creek with one of the Philippines’ most treasured dishes — TRADITIONAL FILIPINO PORK ADOBO! 🇵🇭

🍲 So, what makes Pork Adobo so special?

Imagine beautifully tender pieces of pork, slowly simmered in a rich, aromatic blend of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns, creating that irresistible combination of savoury, tangy and slightly sweet flavours.

Served with fluffy steamed rice, perfect for soaking up every last drop of that delicious sauce! 🍚🤤
