As we adventure into the great Atlantic Ocean the weather remains incredible - barely a ripple (touch wood). Our next stop was Namibia where we did some 4x4 dune bashing over some seriously, scary high dunes - a fabulous experience and stunning landscape.

Awesome participation at GOLD Restaurant African Drumming and Dance dinner experience in Cape Town, SA. Every diner had a drum to play led by the Drummers on stage and the food was delicious.

We've left Australia's sunny shores and headed West across an extremely kind Indian Ocean to Mauritius and Cape Town, South Africa. Good internet is scarce or pricey, $100 for 24hr onboard 💲💲💲🫣 so my posts will come in irregular spurts.

We flew to Sydney Saturday afternoon, overnighting at The Mantra Sydney Airport (Highly recommend this hotel - a short walk from the airport, clean, convenient, comfy bed and fantastic restaurant). Then, what a Mother's Day treat, we boarded the Crown Princess for our 55 Day (1/2 world cruise). Preparing for luxury and being absolutely spoilt and entertained for the next 14 weeks ☺️

What a magnificent weekend for Agfest Field Days, Tasmania - the weather was spectacular 🌞☀️. Hagley RV Farm Stay is now closed for Winter, reopening in October as our ship has come in. Thank you for all your support this season, it's been our best so far and we look forward to another great season 2026 - 2027 with the arrival of the new Spirits of Tasmania 🤞
We'll be venturing a bit further afield on our Winter break this year - catch up soon. Safe Travels

What an absolutely unforgettable 60th birthday celebration I had on Saturday night. Thank you everyone one who joined us to make my night special and memorable - the music, singing, dancing, laughing (and a bit of crying), drinking and the incredible food. Hagley RV Farm Stay is an absolute gem - we have met hundreds of people and some keep coming back again and again (thankyou). Thanks to this business we have formed true life-long friendships near & far. Spending my birthday having a great time with family and friends was a truely incredible experience.
