✨ Must be available weekdays, weekends AND public holidays
✨ Hours vary week to week – flexibility is essential

🛎️ You’ll be the face of the resort – the first person our guests see when they check in. A warm smile, professional attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile is an absolute must!

Your main duties will include:
📞 Answering phone and email enquiries
🧳 Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
😊 Providing excellent customer service throughout the guest’s stay

Experience in reception or hospitality is preferred, and knowledge of RMS booking software is a bonus – but we’re happy to train the right person.
