📣 BNS Ball Volunteer Roster is here! 📣

Our volunteer roster is now up! A huge thank you to everyone who has already put their hand up to help make this year's BNS Ball a success.

Please note that the roster is a guide only and is subject to change as we work through final arrangements. We are more than happy to have extra helpers on any shift, and if your allocated time doesn't suit, please get in touch and we can work together to find a better option.

Many hands make light work, and every bit of help is greatly appreciated. If you'd like to volunteer, swap shifts, or take on an additional role, please contact the committee.

Thank you all for your support – we couldn't do it without our amazing volunteers!

What an amazing town we have to gather so many prizes to support such a lovely family. Jayden and Lote have pulled on the boots for our club and been a massive contribution, our thoughts are with you both, Akayla and the rest of the family. Once a magpie, always a magpie 🤍🖤

Dylan Lund, Jessie Carter, The Hay Magpies and The Hay Services Club have put together a major raffle to help support Jayden, Lote, Akayla & their family after the heartbreaking loss of their mum, Aileen. Every ticket sold goes towards easing the financial burden of funeral costs and supporting the family during this incredibly difficult time.

There are some AMAZING prizes up for grabs thanks to the generosity of local businesses & community members 🙏🏼

With only two weeks to go until our major fundraiser, we are now calling on the magpie's community for volunteer helpers. We are asking for your help to make this the biggest and best BNS we have had!

Plenty of roles to suite everyone, we are looking for RSA bar staff. people to help set up/pack up, serve food at the ball or even work in the merch kiosk during the day.

The Hay Dustdrinkers BNS Ball is looking for an entertaining, energetic person to run our car park games the Saturday of the ball! 🤠🍻

We’ve got plenty of games, laughs and fun lined up — we just need someone willing to grab the mic, keep the crowd involved and run with it!
