Tuesday at Argus: An evening of bold Szechuan and Cantonese flavours, with three courses and a glass of w**e for $59pp at our much-loved Local’s Night. (Bookings essential) 
Wednesday & Thursday at Mineral Spa: Enjoy a mid-week pause and our new 2-for-$100 Mineral Spa Retreat special. Two 90-minute sessions to soak, steam and unwind together. (call 5358 2100 to book) 
Saturday at the Garden Bar: Ease into Cup Weekend with cocktails on the lawn, good food and live music from Matt Basic, playing from 2–5pm. (free entry, just turn up!) 
Good food, a little indulgence and time well spent. We look forward to welcoming you.

Christmas 2026… 
Christmas is a special time of year at Mineral Springs Hotel, and we’re delighted to open bookings for our Christmas Day lunch. 
Join us in the elegant surroundings of our Art Deco dining room for a three-course festive menu, served with warm hospitality and a glass of bubbles on arrival.  Three-course festive menu + glass of bubbles $220 per person Children under 12 option - main, pavlova and drink
$70 per child 
After lunch, take your time. Wander through the gardens, settle into the Lounge for an afternoon tipple, or simply enjoy the pleasure of being somewhere beautiful with the people you love.

Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian options can be arranged with advance notice.
