It is with much sadness and disbelief that we share with our greater Charlton on the Esplanade community the news of the recent passing of our BC Chairman, Bryan Hart.

Bryan and his wife Tracey have contributed immensely to maintaining the high standards we like to have at the complex. Forever appreciated x

Tuesday 20th January saw a massive group of family, friends and colleagues celebrate the wonderful life of Bryan. A true family and community minded gentleman ❤️

RIP Bryan

It is with such sadness that we share the news of Phillip's passing.

Phillip's wife Elva, children Andrea, Paul, Christine & Russell and their familiies are very much in our thoughts x

It is because of Phillip and Elva's foresight and inspiration that we get to enjoy all things Charlton on the Esplanade.

Some 32 years ago they had a dream 🌴
