🎉 WHAT A WEEKEND! 🎉

A huge THANK YOU to the Memories Not Money team for an incredible weekend at Cape Palmerston Holiday Park! ❤️

The food was absolutely on point and so delicious, and what better way to finish off the weekend than with the NRL Grand Final on the BIG outdoor screen and delicious beef and gravy rolls! 🏉🔥

The Camp Kitchen was packed, the outdoor screen was bustling, and you could hear the cheers, screams and celebrations from the football fans right throughout the park! 🙌🏉

Congratulations to both teams on an incredible, nail-biting game — it was a tight one and either side would have been well deserving! 👏

But the biggest congratulations goes to the Memories Not Money team for an absolutely massive fundraising effort! ❤️

💰 Over $23,000 raised — and the total is still growing! 💰

Thank you to everyone who supported the event, bought raffle tickets, enjoyed the food, purchased merchandise, donated, joined in the fun or simply helped spread the word.

It's truly fantastic to see the incredible support our camping community has shown for mental health awareness and wellbeing. 🖤🐕‍🦺

Cape Palmerston Holiday Park would like to say thank you to all our visitors and campers. With your support, we were able to contribute nearly $1,000.

🎶🍕 WHAT A NIGHT! 🍕🎶

What a fantastic night of great tunes, delicious food and good times! 🙌

A huge thank you to Rollin Fender for bringing the tunes, getting everyone in the long-weekend spirit and kicking things off with a bang! 🎸🎶

And of course, a big thank you to Sally’s Curry Hut for the amazing pizzas! 🍕🤤 They certainly didn’t disappoint!
It was the perfect way for our campers to kick-start the October Long Weekend! 🏕️❤️

But the fun doesn’t stop there! 👇

📢 OUTSIDE VISITORS – OCTOBER LONG WEEKEND 📢

Wanting to come and support the Black Dog Event, visit family or catch up with friends staying in the park? ❤️

Please read the following visitor requirements carefully:

🔹 PRE-APPROVAL IS REQUIRED

If your name is not on the visitor list, you will NOT be permitted to enter the park.

All visitors must contact our Front Office BEFORE THURSDAY to arrange entry and have their name added to the visitor list. Please do not wait until the weekend to organise this.

🎟️ Visitor Entry Fee:
$10 per person, per day.

📝 ALL VISITORS MUST SIGN IN
Being on the visitor list does not mean you can enter without checking in.

All visitors MUST stop at the Front Office and sign in BEFORE entering the park.
If you enter the park without signing in, you will be asked to leave immediately.

🚗 VISITOR PARKING
All visitors must park in the allocated Visitor Parking Area ONLY. Visitors are not permitted to park on camping sites or elsewhere within the park.

🕙 VISITOR HOURS

❌ FRIDAY 2 OCTOBER – NO OUTSIDE VISITORS ALLOWED

Strictly no visitors will be permitted into the park on Friday.

✅ SATURDAY: 10:00am – 8:30pm

✅ SUNDAY: 10:00am – until the NRL Grand Final has finished
Please ensure visitors leave the park at the conclusion of visitor hours unless otherwise authorised by Management.

🐾 PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME
Outside visitors are not permitted to bring pets into the park.

⚠️ PARK RULES APPLY TO EVERYONE
All park rules, including pool, noise, vehicle and behaviour rules, apply equally to visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors understand and follow all park rules.

🚨 NO NAME ON THE LIST = NO ENTRY
🚨 NO SIGN-IN = NO ENTRY
🚨 ENTER WITHOUT SIGNING IN = YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE

Our October Long Weekend is a very busy weekend, so these requirements are in place to help us manage visitor numbers, parking, safety and the enjoyment of all our camping guests.
