With over 60 years of combined experience in sustainable living, design, and development, this project is built on a deep passion for creating eco-conscious spaces. Sustainability is at the heart of every aspect of the Johanna Project, guiding

each phase of the build, retrofit, and land rehabilitation process. We prioritize both the environment and lifestyle, ensuring a harmonious balance without compromise. Come along with Liz, Ralph, and Rani, the rescue dog, as they share their learnings, and celebrate the results of this ambitious and inspiring project.
