Wow...this! Delicate pumpkin blossom. Filled with a creamy goats cheese and Sun-dried tomato stuffing, lightly crisped and finished with a crunch of toasted pine nuts and walnuts, a Drizzle of local scenic rim honey and a scatter of vibrant fresh edible flowers.

Kalbar Country Day is tomorrow 7am -3pm with over 140 market stalls & so much more to see and do. Always a fantastic day out and about in Kalbar. Many thanks to Fassifern Lions & the amazing volunteers who make this happen every year ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to everyone has has created a Hay Bale Trail well done they all look amazing! See you all tomorrow Saturday 17th October. 🥳

FAMILY FUN AT KALBAR COUNTRY DAY
We love throwing our support behind the Fassifern Lions’ annual Kalbar Country Day 3rd Saturday in October.

Community spirit at its best with a team of volunteers organising a day full of activities along George Street, starting with bush poetry at 7am.

The Hay Bale Trail made headlines again in the Courier Mail with the winners announced this weekend. Attend in person to cast your vote!

Kalbar Country Day 17 October is rapidly approaching, stall sites are mapped out, the Hay Trail is growing & visitors to Kalbar are increasing.
If you are coming & have a Vintage Tractor or a Classic Car or Truck & you want an easy park, come to our reserved parking area in Railway Street down from the stalls. An easy walk to all of the action.
