TRAIL RIDE GUIDE POSITION AVAILABLE

Big river ranch is on the look out for an experienced, confident, friendly and reliable horse rider to join our team.
The position involves taking different size groups of beginner to experienced riders on our beautiful trail throughout the Kalbarri national park and on Murchison house station. We require a capable rider, that is willing to provide a very high standard of care for up to 25 horses daily.
If you enjoy nature, amazing scenery, meeting people, if you love horses and lots of riding, and you’re hard working and reliable, we would love to hear from you.
Re training ott’s is also part of this role, both Standardbreds and thoroughbreds.
This position is located on a small farm stay property just outside of Kalbarri, pays a generous daily rate and accommodation can be provided.
Applicants must be willing to obtain a first aid certificate, working with children card and complete the horse safety Australia course.

The last two days we have had the best bunch of school kids riding here with us at the ranch, all the way from Bunbury.
And they smashed it, 2 big groups, doing so well, the teachers wanted us to challenge them, so we did…. Both groups doing lots of trots, and even getting to canter along the last track before home!
That’s 14 horses all cantering at the same time, to say I’m proud of the horses is an understatement… we can always rely on them to keep our riders safe 🥰🥰👍🏻❤️
