🍻 Science is better at the pub! What a fantastic, sold-out turnout for Pint of Science at the Metropole in Katoomba!

We traded the lab for a pint and dove into the incredible, resilient ecology of our own backyard. 🌲✨

A huge shoutout to our three amazing speakers for keeping us captivated:

🐟 Will Goodwin on the mysterious life and conservation of the Blue Mountains Perch from the Blue Mountains City Council

🌱 Prof. Brendan Choat on connecting ecology, climate through data, insights and technology, from Blue Mountains Ecology Hub and Western Sydney University

🔥 Scott Mooney on uncovering deep-time history through climate and fire regimes from UNSW Science
