Paul Farag is taking over Darley's. A very first for Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains, Paul will join us for a six-week residency beginning November 11th. The menu is inspired by his Egyptian-influenced cooking, served inside the heritage-listed Darley's dining room giving guests a unique culinary experience.
