🍂✨ Flashback to this stunning autumn wedding at Breenhold Gardens ✨🍂

A couple of years ago, we had the pleasure of helping bring this beautiful garden wedding to life at the breathtaking in Mount Wilson. Surrounded by vibrant autumn colours and magnificent gardens, this celebration perfectly showcased how a marquee wedding can create a warm, elegant and unforgettable experience.

While the weather kept us guessing, our team worked closely with the couple to ensure everything ran smoothly, with a 10m x 15m freestanding marquee, timber flooring and additional weather solutions providing comfort and peace of mind for everyone throughout the day. ⛺🍁

The reception space was transformed with festoon lighting, warm fairy lights, heaters, beautifully dressed tables, white chairs, linen, tableware, glassware, cutlery and decorative touches, creating a welcoming atmosphere as guests celebrated into the evening. We also supplied a range of catering and event equipment to help the day run seamlessly from start to finish.

We love looking back on weddings like this that highlight the versatility of marquee celebrations and the magic that can be created in a garden setting.

The team were back at the stunning Ballroom recently to add some cheer to a beautiful 70th birthday celebration. 🤍

For this special milestone, we delivered and installed a custom balloon setup featuring a mix of helium latex and foil balloons in soft pink and gold tones - including “Happy Birthday” accents and statement “70” feature numbers to mark the occasion in style. ✨

Table arrangements through to the stage and front-of-room styling, was added to bring a festive, celebratory feel to the space for family and friends to enjoy.

A lovely reminder that thoughtful touches can completely transform a room for life’s most meaningful celebrations 🎈

Another recent install out in South Bowenfels, supporting a private residential celebration with additional space created through a 6m x 9m freestanding marquee. 🤍

Set on soft fall surface, our team carefully installed a fully weighted structure to ensure stability and safety, while still maintaining a light and open feel with a combination of clear walls and a solid white roof ✨

This setup provided the perfect extension of the home - creating a sheltered, weather-ready space for guests to gather, relax, and celebrate comfortably across the week-long event.

Another great example of how even smaller marquee setups can completely transform a residential space when thoughtfully planned and installed by our Operations Team. 🤍

Another big one recently for the Blueys Operations Team out at South Bowenfels 🤍

This large-scale installation saw our crew deliver and install a full event footprint including a 10m x 30m freestanding marquee, 8m x 21m marquee, and additional 3m x 3m structure - forming the foundation for a busy and well-supported event space ✨

From there, the team built out the full site with trestle tables, seating, catering equipment, heating, lighting, and cocktail stations.

With early starts, long days, and detailed on-the-ground coordination, it’s another great example of the Operations Team working hard behind the scenes to bring large-scale events together seamlessly 🤍
