Tuesday Food & Wine Trail | Next stop: Loire Valley, France.

With just two weeks of our Food & Wine Trail remaining, next Tuesday marks the second-last stop of the season.

This time, we’re journeying to the Loire Valley, a region celebrated for elegant wines, beautiful produce and quietly refined French cooking.

Enjoy a seasonal two-course menu inspired by the flavours of the region, paired with a featured wine and served for a relaxed Tuesday evening at Bells at Killcare.

One of the great pleasures of staying at Bells at Killcare is just how much there is to discover beyond the garden gate.

Surrounded by water, beaches, bays and bushland, this beautiful corner of the Central Coast is made for slow days spent exploring, on foot, by the water, or under sail.

A recent afternoon with Sail Central Coast took us across Broken Bay, past quiet coves, rugged headlands and some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in the region.

Guests at Bells at Killcare can spend the day discovering nearby beaches and bays, many within walking distance, or make use of our complimentary local transfers before returning for dinner, a drink in the garden, and a very comfortable night in.

Just one of the many ways to experience the landscape that surrounds us.

Tuesday Food & Wine Trail | Next stop: Galicia, Spain.

On Tuesday 15 September, our Food & Wine Trail heads to Galicia, where the Atlantic meets one of Spain’s most distinctive food and wine regions.

Expect an evening inspired by Galicia’s generous coastal cooking, with seasonal dishes and matched wines bringing a little taste of Spain’s wild northwest to Bells.

On Tuesday 8 September, our Food & Wine Trail continues to Stellenbosch, one of South Africa’s most celebrated wine regions, framed by mountains, vineyards and a rich food and wine culture.

Expect a seasonal menu inspired by the flavours of the Cape, paired with matched South African wines for a relaxed evening of good food, beautiful wine and a little taste of Stellenbosch at Bells at Killcare.
