We’re a little bit chuffed to see Barrakee featured by Time Out Sydney ❤️

They came to stay, experienced Barrakee for themselves, and somehow managed to put into words so much of what we hope guests feel when they’re here — warm hospitality, cosy mountain living, kids having fun, adults enjoying dinner, massage after a day on the slopes, and of course… the food.

We especially loved this from one of our returning guests:

“I don’t want to tell anyone about this place, I love it so much.”

That might be one of the most Barrakee things we’ve ever heard 😂

And yes, Time Out agreed the meals are worth coming for all on their own!

We had the pleasure of hosting Avril Treasure of Time Out Sydney this week and she made the most of all the mountain has to offer.

It may not be the best ski season on record but the worst day on the mountain is still better than the best day at work… it’s what you make of it ❄️❤️
