My wife and I chose Isabella at Kyneton for a 10 night stay for our 60th Wedding Anniversary. We could not have made a better choice. In the centre of the beautiful Victorian Macedon area and old goldfields towns, we found lovely gardens, heritage houses, museums, restaurants, antique stores and classy shopping. Our hosts Di and Adrian were simply the best, going above and beyond our expectations. Isabella’s Olde World Charm suited us so well. Everything we needed was there and all perfectly laid out . Excellent location, atmosphere, rooms, value, cleanliness, service and amenities were all 10 out of 10 or more. Di has received several first class industry awards for Isabella and they are fully deserved.

With the school holidays underway, there’s plenty to explore around Kyneton and the Macedon Ranges. 🌿

Start with coffee and breakfast, wander the shops and galleries along historic Piper Street, grab a delicious lunch, then head out to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside.

🛍️ This weekend brings plenty of local events too, including the Bolobek Garden Fair on Saturday and the Gisborne Olde Time Market on Sunday.

Then come back to your accommodation, put your feet up and enjoy a slower afternoon. 🤍

You don’t need a jam-packed itinerary in Kyneton — just good food, beautiful surroundings and time to relax.

🌼 Spring has officially arrived in Kyneton! 💛
The Kyneton Daffodil Festival is bringing the town to life with beautiful blooms, gardens and plenty of springtime charm.
And don't forget to keep your eyes peeled for the Scarecrow Hunt. 👀 With scarecrows popping up in front yards, shop windows and on nature strips right across Kyneton.
There is plenty to discover as you wonder around town.

Adrian putting the final coat on to our new back door canopy. Much better than the previous 1960’s aluminium one. The exterior reno is now complete and Isabella is looking fabulous.
