The rain didn't stop the bowling competition between OCR and the local Lake Cathie Bowls Club. The competition ended with a BBQ which was enjoyed by all.

The 2026 ANZAC Service at OCR was a truly memorable occasion, with the ANZAC Committee surpassing all previous ceremonies.

The event was warmly attended by homeowners and their families, creating a strong sense of community.

Wreaths were laid by various groups within the resort in honour of family and friends, followed by traditional ANZAC biscuits, rum and milk, and a game of two-up.

It was especially meaningful to see the shared memorabilia and hear the personal stories of loved ones connected to ANZAC history. The choir’s performance further enriched the atmosphere and strengthened the spirit of the gathering.

Congratulations once again to the committee for fostering such a wonderful sense of community and remembrance.
