Today was all about checking in with our team and making sure our people are doing okay — not just at work, but in life too. 💛

We paired everyone up for a Walk & Talk, grabbed some coffees and donuts ☕🍩 and took a wander around the park for a good chat and a proper check-in.

Mental health matters, and sometimes all it takes is a coffee, a walk and someone genuinely asking “R U OK?” to start an important conversation.

We’re lucky to have a great little team here at Eastern Beach, and looking after each other is just as important as looking after our guests. 💛
