Ethel Wreck located in Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park

What is left is a rusted hull sitting in the sand within walking distance of the car park. ⚓🏖️

The Ethel was driven ashore in 1904 in Innes National Park, on a stretch of the Yorke Peninsula that has claimed dozens of ships. The crew all survived. 🌊⏳

Storms have broken her up steadily and much less is visible now than 30 years ago, though sections reappear when the sand shifts. ⚠️✨
