A Lovely Reunion at Boundary Cove

One of the nicest parts of being a marriage celebrant is seeing couples again years after their wedding day.

On Saturday, I officiated a wedding at Boundary Cove, Glenworth Valley, and spotted a familiar couple among the guests. I’d had the pleasure of marrying them back in 2018. This time, they were there to celebrate the wedding of the groom’s cousin.

It was lovely to catch up and take a photo together! Moments like this remind me how family stories carry on long after a ceremony ends. In 2018, I was part of one couple’s wedding day; on Saturday, I got to share in another celebration for their family.

To Saturday’s newlyweds, thank you for inviting me to be part of your day at Glenworth Valley. And to my 2018 couple, it was so lovely to see you both again!
