Darling, why wait until December to celebrate?

November is the perfect excuse to gather your favourite people, raise a glass and indulge in a little festive frivolity before the Christmas madness takes hold.
With multiple living areas, a games rooms and a fabulous outdoor entertaining space, Gilbert was made for good company, long conversations and celebrations that linger.

After all, darling, the best occasions are never rushed.

Less than an hour from Maryborough…and quite another world.

Take the road to Daylesford. Wander the market, linger over lunch or perhaps surrender to the Mineral Springs.

Buy something unnecessary. Stay longer than intended. After all, the best days are rarely the sensible ones.

Fresh Seasonal At The Station, 5pm Cocktails and Happy Hour

Spring has just got a little warmer at The Station!

Friday and Saturday nights are looking rather tempting, with a brand – new seasonal menu, an extended cocktail list, and happy hour from 5 – 6pm to ease you into the evening. Come for dinner, stay for one more cocktail. Because really, spring in Maryborough deserves a little sparkle.

Back to its former glory !

There’s something lovely about a place coming back to itself. This spring, Goldfields Reservoir is full again, the reserve freshly rejuvenated, and with a little more sparkle around the edges. And then there’s the old Ripples by the Res – whispers of new beginnings, and word that the doors may soon be opening again.

The Art of Gold Exhibition

Gold, darling, has always had a certain allure - and it glitters rather beautifully in artistic form too. The Art of Gold brings treasures from the National Gallery of Australia to the Central Goldfields Art Gallery in Maryborough, on display until 30 August. A rare chance to see brilliance, quite literally, close to home.
