We’ve hit the warm-weather remix on our staple grilled salmon dish ☀️

On a bed of smooth pea purée and crispy golden fried chat potatoes is the gorgeous, tender and flavoursome salmon fillet, topped with a light and punchy horseradish cream and garnished with fresh summery watercress 🤌
