Meet Hannah, Head Chef of the Dining Room.
If you had asked her parents when she was six years old what she wanted to be, the answer was always the same: a ‘chef’.
Starting her career in the Yarra Valley before moving to Far North Queensland, Hannah worked her way up to Sous Chef at Nu Nu in Palm Cove and even became a qualified butcher along the way, embracing her passion for paddock to plate cooking.
When she is not in the kitchen, you will find her gardening, caring for her chickens, surfing, or painting.
