Casual Hotel Receptionist | 20 hours per week
Are you organised, reliable and great at juggling a few things at once? We’re looking for a casual Hotel Receptionist to join our team!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, phone and computer-based work, with some guest interaction but not a constant front-desk crowd. Must possess a bright and friendly disposition, and a can-do attitude.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Answering phone calls and guest enquiries
• Managing bookings and reservations
• Checking guests in and out
• Responding to emails and phone requests
• Keeping reception and bookings organised
• Helping things run smoothly behind the scenes
🕐 The details:
• Casual position, approximately 10–20 hours per week (sometimes more) can lead to permanent position for the right person
• Rostered across 7 days (4-5 shifts per week)
• Shifts may include evenings, finishing at 7:00pm (6.30pm weekends), and public holidays
• Must have a driver’s licence and reliable car (to travel between 8 properties as required)
• Training provided
