PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne has a gorgeous outdoor pool area that feels perfect for the warmer months, especially after a day out exploring Melbourne’s south east.

We also had the chance to dine at Ginger, the hotel’s onsite restaurant, and the food was such a highlight. The pasta was delicious, but I have to give a special mention to the dessert because that was definitely one of my favourites from the stay.

Pool, good food and a comfortable hotel room afterwards - an awesome combination for a Melbourne staycation.
