The Argyle Hotel at 481 Argyle Street was built in 1868 and was originally used as the local Post Office and general story until 1873 when it became the Commercial Hotel.

Over the years, she's shared the stage with some of Australia's biggest acts including Sheppard, Thirsty Merc, Sneaky Sound System and Choirboys, and most recently opened for Wendy Matthews to a sold-out crowd.
