With our accommodation recently expanding to include 14 self-contained cabins, we’re on the lookout for an experienced, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team across Park Hotel and our new cabins.

If you take pride in the details, communicate clearly and can train, motivate and lead a team by example, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ Casual or part-time employment
✨ Award rates and applicable penalties
✨ School hours can be accommodated
✨ Meal discounts across Matthews Hospitality hotels

You’ll work alongside a wonderful established team, coordinate daily workloads, assist with rostering and keep our accommodation looking its best 😊

✅ Previous experience managing a team and overseeing accommodation cleaning or housekeeping is essential.

Shifts generally run from 9 am to 3 pm, Monday to Saturday, ideally working 4 or 5 out of the 6 days. Flexibility for longer days during busy periods is required.

Meet Hayden, our hardworking Head Chef at the Park Hotel, who has been leading our kitchen since 2021.

And with this year's International Chefs Day theme being Food Explorers, we couldn't think of a more fitting person to celebrate!

Alongside our regular menu, Hayden creates a fresh selection of Chef's Specials every single week, all year round. And when you stop to think about it, that's an extraordinary amount of creativity, planning and thought that goes into keeping our menu interesting, week after week, season after season.
