Behind the Scenes at Mullumbimby Show, weekend working bees are in full swing! 🛠️

Our hardworking volunteer committee members and the showground management team are getting the grounds ready for the Mullumbimby Show, 6 to 8 November.

We recruit them young around here 😉 This weekend President Mark and his grandsons found a new home for a concrete water trough Mark’s grandfather made for the old cattle yards around 1930.

Almost a century later, the same family are still looking after it, and still looking after our Show. That’s what 119 years of community spirit looks like. 💚

Find a vantage point and join us on Saturday 7th November as the big rigs roll from one side of Mullumbimby to the other.

The annual Mullumbimby Truck Show starts our Saturday with a TOOT TOOT from the Towers Industrial Estate on the outskirts of town and wends it's way via Burringbar Street to the Showgrounds.

Brought to us by Wards Truck & Machinery Centre and supported by Mullumbimby Printworks.

Who said healthy can’t be delicious? 🥕🍰

We’ve got a brand new section in the Pavilion this year, and we can’t wait to see what you come up with! Our Healthy Vegetable Cake classes are all about clever baking: carrot, zucchini, beetroot, sweet potato, pumpkin... any veg goes, as long as it’s in the cake!

🧒 Class 412: “Vegetable in Disguise” (Primary School Age), $25 prize
🧑 Class 413: “Vegetable in Disguise” (Secondary School Age), $25 prize
👩‍🍳 Class 266: “Who Said Healthy Can’t Be Delicious” (Adult), $50 prize
